PAYMENT
We only accept cash on demand (C.O.D) at point of delivery.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Free delivery for orders above S$50. Orders less than S$50 will be subjected to a one time delivery and collection fee of S$15 per order. Otherwise, pick up location is at Seng Kang.

We will email/call you to arrange for the date and time for delivery. Please kindly ensure that the contact no. that you had provided is correct.

RENTAL PERIOD & EXTENSION
The rental period, unless otherwise stated, is for one month.

We understand that your little ones may enjoy the toy a lot and if you wish to extend the rental period, please kindly inform us. Extension charges will be charged accordingly with 20% discount applicable from the usual rental charges. The extension charges will be collected upon collection of toy.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
All our toys are specially cleaned and sterilized to ensure the hygiene of our little friends. There will be some wear and tear on the toys as these are rental toys and not brand new ones. It is, however, still the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the toys are returned to us in their original clean condition.

DAMAGE of TOYS
Reasonable wear and tear is acceptable when you return the hired toys. Should a toy, however, be damaged by the hirer, the retail value of the item will be borne by the hirer.
